AMNESTY INTERNATIONAL IS RELEASING A REPORT FOR WORLDWIDE DISTRIBUTION WHICH CATALOGUES SERIOUS VIOLATIONS OF HUMAN RIGHTS STANDARDS IN THE USA.

THE ABUSE OF MEN, WOMEN AND CHILDREN IN PRISONS AND JAILS IS WIDESPREAD THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY.


ON THE STREETS, VIOLATIONS ARE COMMONPLACE...POLICE BRUTALITY IS RAMPANT AND NOT WELL DOCUMENTED BY THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT.
